These pictures are one year apart and there is only a 6 lb difference!! That’s because muscle weights more than fat. This was achieved by lifting heavy weights 4 times a week, 1-2 cardio sessions a week and healthy clean eating. My goal was never to be “skinny” and lose tons of weight. My goal was to be strong and fit. I am extremely happy with my progress and I strive to be a better version of myself every single day 💪💛 You all have the ability to make a change. Just have patience, be consistent and work your butt off!! 😘 #transformationtuesday #inspiredtobefit #beforeafter
